But the next day would come, and when Noah woke up he would find pancakes on the kitchen table. Just like it had been all a bad dream. But it wasn't.
The family threw a funeral for Madison to help them cope. Every one arrived as planned. Even Ricky insisted that he come, even though he was currently suffering from a "skin disease." Even a few uninvited guests showed up. Nellie Ulrich showed up to crash it. Noah wasn't sure who she was, but she claimed to be Gavin's half sister.
She showed up yelling about how Madison was a murder. That Madison had murdered her father. Gavin was very upset, although Noah couldn't figure out why. Although he over heard his father and Aunts discussing a fight that their mother was in. Some fight that made his father stay. Noah wasn't sure what was going on, but he knew he did not like this Nellie.
After Nellie was forcibly removed, they were finally able to grieve in private.
Life would continue for the family. Gavin finally came down hard on Ethan and his sneaking out habits. While Ethan's luck was running low, Gage's was running high.
As Noah found him stealing kisses in the bathroom. It was quite embarrassing for Noah, but he reasoned that he wasn't the one kissing in the bathroom. Noah swore he'd never understand teenagers.
But that understanding would come soon because Noah's, and his two other brothers', birthday was quickly approaching.((Angel's LTW is met. Those pesky triplets that ruined my life made her happy.))
