6.7 What's expected

Gavin was always odd. He ruled it off on the fact that he didn't know his father. As far as he knew, Ricky was the closest thing to a father he'd ever have. And now Ricky spent most of his time in the hospital, battling a skin infection. So when Angel became pregnant after one irresponsible night, Gavin knew he would be very actively enrolled in his unborn child's life. He did what he though he was supposed to do. He married her.

Since they were married, they figured they might as well give into each others desires, even if it meant a second child was born.

So the cycle started over again before the first was finished. Gavin and Angel toted the toddlers to the library for family day and Madison spent her time helping teach them skills. It was almost a fine tuned machine with the cycle almost complete as Gage raced towards his first day of school.

Angel went on maternity leave and devoted her new spare time to teaching Gage his skills. Even daddy tried to help out. Gavin wanted to instill his love of books, so he would wake up early and tote Gage to the library for mornings full of readings.

During one of their family days at the library, Angel finally went into labor. She rushed ahead to the hospital as Gavin rushed Gage home.

The two returned days later with a second healthy baby boy, Ethan. Madison was thrilled with the new addition, but she didn't think she would ever understand her son's relationship.

Some days, the couple went to sleep exhausted. It was times like this, when they'd lay across from each other whispering about Ethan's new milestone or Gage's tantrum, that made Gavin feel like he could do this. He could love the mother of his children. It was times like this when he'd let his guard down.

Times like these that lead to the cycle starting all over again.

((Ok so most of this just recaps the early years of the two children and leads into the last of the "batch". Its really two entries together so its a little jumbled. Also, for some strange reason.. I have NO pictures of the parents kissing or talking or anything.. just raising kids...))
