3.23 Missing You

MaKenzie blew Mason's phone up as soon as she hadn't received his phone call. She called the Avi's, who confirmed that Mason had left almost an hour ago.

"Hon," Logan said, putting his arms around her, "we'll find him." MaKenzie looked into her husbands eyes with flashback of her father's last days vivid in her mind. "I'll take the car out, call his girlfriend," Logan called, grabbing his keys from the bowl by the door. "I've taken care of it," Lexi called, flipping her cell phone closed.

MaKenzie hugged her daughter, happy that for at least one night, she was home.

MaKenzie sat alone on the couch, her thoughts wrapped around her son. The living room was completely quiet, until Lexi's phone rang an obnoxious, top 40 pop song. "It's Layla, she hasn't heard from Mason either." Lexi moved to sit next to her mother and put her arm around her. "It's okay mom, we'll find him."
