8.1 Tonight we're going to party

Brooke was excited to begin her first day at her new job, a freelance artist for the new architecture firm. She had all these ideas but no where to put them. She had three jobs in one day. Her last appointment ran over a bit causing her to be late for her date with her sister and Jodi. Sunset Valley was expanding and new businesses were opening each week. She couldn't wait to get her hands on some venues. She had dreams to open a dance club; however, someone beat her to it.

Instead of opening up a rival club, Brooke made plans with her sister and best friend to live it up opening night. Brooke scattered around the house looking for her boots and makeup. Addison had left already leaving Brooke to search through her sisters belongings for her own.

PURE opened in an old warehouse. The government wanted to tear the place down until an investor showed up flashing simoleons. Brooke approached to find her sister making out in the alley way next door with none other than Wilson Harder. "Oh sorry Brooke," Addison said pushing away from him, "I didn't see you. Follow me." Brooke did as she was told as Addison pulled her down the dark alley towards a rear entry to the club.

The place was hopping, exactly what Brooke was waiting for. Brooke was excited to see that Jodi had already arrived. She quickly ditched her love sick sister and joined her best friend on the dance floor.

"Don't look now," Jodi said as Brooke leaned into her, "but your sister is disappearing into the elevator with that guy," Brooke rolled her eyes one more time without looking. Didn't she have any self worth. Really?

"I thought she was with Dean," Jodi said one more time as the music slowed and Addison came strutting by.
Brooke snatched two drinks off a waiter's tray and handed one to Jodi, "I don't keep up." In reality she did. Yes Addison was still romantically involved with Dean. In fact, she was cuddling him just earlier that morning. But Brooke wouldn't say anything against her sister.

Jodi grabbed her friends hand and led her back out to the floor. The two girls continued dancing with the beat. "Oh trouble," Jodi said, avoiding Brooke's gaze.
"What's it?" Brooke asked as she spun a perfect loop. Sometimes Jodi envied her friend's dance moves. "Six o'clock," Jodi said spinning so Brooke could see what she saw.
